We regularly add new athletes. Keep an eye on our email announcements and social media channels – X and Instagram – for updates.

How do I get OffScript?

Download the OffScript app from the App Store, create an account, and start messaging your favorite athletes.

How can I give feedback about the app?

Use the "Give Feedback" section in the app or contact our support team.

When will OffScript be available on Android and other platforms?

Why do different athletes have different prices?

Athletes set their own prices based on their time and expertise.

How can I be sure the reply is from the athlete I’m messaging?

OffScript verifies each athlete's identity, so you can be confident the replies are coming directly from them.

Will my messages with an athlete be saved?

Yes, all your previous and ongoing messages will be saved in the app.

How will I know when I get a reply?

You'll receive a notification on your iPhone when an athlete replies, so make sure notifications are on. If it's been more than 72 hours, check your conversations.

Can I share an athlete’s reply with my friends on social media?

Yes, you can.

Replies & Refunds

What happens if I don’t get a reply within 72 hours?

You can request a full refund directly in the app by going to your message and selecting the refund option.

I received an "Auto Response" from an athlete. What does this mean?

It means the athlete didn’t reply within 72 hours, and your message has timed out. You can request a full refund.

Can an athlete still reply after 72 hours?

No, once 72 hours pass, the athlete can no longer reply, and an "Auto Response" will be sent. You can request a full refund.

Why didn’t the athlete I messaged reply before the message timed out?

Athletes may be busy and unable to reply within the 72 hour window. Feel free to resend your message and try again.

Why does OffScript only feature University of North Dakota hockey players and alumni?

UND is our launch school and ice hockey our launch sport, with the goal of adding all NCAA eligible UND athletes and their teams over time.

Why aren't all North Dakota hockey players on OffScript?

Due to NCAA Name, Image, and Likeness rules, international student-athletes face restrictions that make it difficult to participate on OffScript. Some players may also choose not to join. If there’s a player you’d love to connect with, let us know by contacting us.

Are there any restrictions on who can join OffScript?

Users must be 18 or older and comply with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
